World No. 70 Emma Raducanu played a key role in helping her country qualify for the Finals week earlier this year. Following her success in the qualifying round, where she won both of her matches against France, Raducanu has decided to rejoin the team for the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Malaga at the end of the year.

Team captain Anne Keothavong has announced the lineup for the Finals, which will take place from November 13 to 20. Katie Boulter, the highest-ranked British player, will lead the team, with Olivia Nicholls, Heather Watson, Harriet Dart, and Raducanu completing the squad. Watson and Nicholls are expected to pair up for the doubles matches, while Boulter, Dart, and Raducanu are likely to be selected for the singles.

Keothavong expressed her excitement about the Finals, saying, “After our incredible weekend in France in April, we’re really looking forward to the Finals in Malaga. Our team has created some great memories over the years, and we’re excited for November.”

She added that changes to the team lineup can still be made up until the day before their first match, as there’s plenty of tennis left to be played before the tournament.
