FC Barcelona have maintained their winning form in La Liga even after the September international break, securing victories against Girona, Villarreal, and Getafe.

As the next international break approaches, national teams are preparing to announce their squads, with Brazil set to reveal their call-ups tomorrow. According to SPORT, one of the key expected changes is the inclusion of Raphinha, who was left out by head coach Dorival Junior during the last break. Raphinha was suspended for one of the September matches, and the coach opted not to have him travel for a single game.

Now, Raphinha is anticipated to feature in Brazil’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Chile in Santiago and Peru in Brasilia. With Brazil currently sitting in sixth place and needing points to secure a World Cup spot, these matches are crucial.

This will mark Raphinha’s first call-up to the national team since the last Copa America. He joins the Brazilian squad in top form, having already scored five goals and provided two assists in his first seven La Liga matches this season. Alongside Lamine Yamal and Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha is one of the standout performers in the Blaugrana lineup.

Brazil will hope he can maintain this high level of play during the international break and return to Barcelona injury-free, allowing him to continue contributing at his best for both club and country.
