In a rare public rebuke, Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) chief Howard Webb has strongly criticised referee Jarred Gillett and the VAR team following a highly contentious offside decision during Tottenham Hotspur’s recent Premier League clash against Leeds United.
